Late-Forties McKimson Unit Bugs Pose Sheet

It just struck me - the part of Bugs' construction that makes it so hard to get a study of him right on the nose is the same part....that the, uh, NOSE....is....right.......on. Heh. Hemm..........WELL, I THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY, SO - - - THERE!!!

You forgot to make him ugly. Give him a grotesquely tiny cranium and obscene old man-jowls -- THEN he'll be late 40s McKimson!

Do you remember what page of That's All Folks these are from? I'm curious to see if maybe he actually DID have a normal-looking Bugs in some cartoons from that time.

I don't have to remember, I'm in the same room as the book. It's on page 176. Great model sheet! Wish they'd used it more. If only, right?

It says "used in A Lad and His Lamp and elsewhere."

Oh, I guess that IS the late 40s one I was thinking of. Somehow it actually looks good on the model sheet though. In the cartoons themselves that design often looks really ugly.
